We value your constructive advice. If you encounter problems, please write to the Clinic Manager of your surgery, PO Box 41525 Casuarina NT 0811. Alternatively, you can ask at reception for Health Complaints Commission Information.



After Hours

In case of an emergency call 000 or go to Palmerston Regional Hospital. Our after-hours number is 0418 835 169.

Fees

Due to a shortage of doctors, Arafura Medical Clinics are now mixed billing clinics.


AS OF 1ST NOVEMBER, DUE TO CHANGE IN THE MEDICARE REBATES, WE WILL ONCE AGAIN BE BULK BILLING THE FOLLOWING;

HCC, CHILDREN UNDER 16, PENSIONERS, and VETERAN AFFAIRS


For all other patients, the following fees will apply:

STANDARD CONSULT: $85 – REBATE $41.40

LONG CONSULT: $120 – REBATE $80.10


Arafura Medical and our doctors will continue to strive to maintain first-class medical services as in the previous years.

If your Doctor orders and tests, please ensure you make a follow up appointment and return for interpretation of your results.
